Mike was super helpful as I looked to buy a new Ariens snowblower after the January winter storm of 2024. Very friendly, competitive prices especially when they set up the machines, and easy delivery process. Would definitely go back to then for any small engine service or purchase needs.

Purchased a snowblower from BigJims and thought they did an excellent job helping me select a product that best fits my needs. Mike S. spent a significant amount of time explaining various models product features, the warranties, and their recommendations for maintaining each model both in season and when stored. When my snowblower was delivered, Brian took me through all the same operational procedures again just to make sure I understood them. Great customer service. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a snowblower stopping by this store to talk to them before making a final purchase decision.

Big Jim's is a family owned business that takes pride in what they do. Honest down to earth people who really care. We have had service done to other equipment there and are very happy with the results.We also bought a Stihl blower vac. Now we just bought a new lawn mower and are so happy with it. We highly recommend Big Jim's to all. Go in and meet the owners and you will understand what they are made of. Great people. Thank you Big Jim's, Another satisfied customer that will be back.

Worst service experience ever. Mower has been in the shop 3 times this season at a cost approaching $2000. This last time it was in because the mower deck belt broke. 3 weeks later I still did not received so much as even a call. The grass kept growing during that time When I finally contacted them and they finally answered the phone to find out the status was I was told that “you’ve been a challenge”! Seriously? Does it usually take 3 weeks to replace a deck belt? Wow! This place has no sense of urgency to fix a product nor to do it right and could care less about customer satisfaction. Get ready to receive an attitude with your repairs. Unbelievable! Never again.

Have had problems with my 2 year old simplicity regent this summer and past summer, trouble with the cutting deck adjustable. Called many Times Spoke with Matt, Mike, and all I got was basically deal with it. I asked for a customer service representative number they said that’s not possible. I believe all big Jim’s worries about since Jim passed away. Is your big lawn cutting accounts . certainly not a $2500 lawnmower.  O will get you some measurements, oh we don’t have any matching tractors on the floor, oh, we have one on the floor, but the battery is dead. I will get it, charged up and measure the height cut on that  particular unit for you.NEVER happened! Oh I’m calling another dealer in the local area to get some numbers for you, Jeff I will get back to you tomorrow. Still no answer.

I purchased a  ZTR Gravely from a different dealer several years ago, which is now closed. The engine on my mower essentially exploded. I had it taken to Big Jim's and they said the engine was a goner but the mower itself was in great shape. they gave me estimates on various replacement engines and recommended a different engine as the reliability of stock Kohler engine was questionable.  I wound up getting a commercial grade Briggs. Not only was the cost lower than the estimate, they had cleaned up and fine tuned my mower that I can't believe it is the same mower. I am totally amazed at the work they did considering it is a completely different engine. Highly recommend for service!

I shopped around early this year for a new snowblower and I purchased mine from Matt @ big Jim's. He took all the time needed to answer my questions and was polite and professional. Another fine example of why we all need to shop small businesses. I will certainly be a customer in the future and likely for life.

We have had two excellent experiences with Big Jim's. Everyone is polite, professional, and eager to help. They picked up and dropped off the mower, called to update me with what work needed to be performed, all at an unbelievable price!

Brought my SCAG mower in and was very pleased with the service.  The staff was helpful, price was reasonable and would recommend this company to others!!

Matt and Patrick are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and always treat me and my company very well. Repairs are done in a timely manner and Curt is always there to help with any questions I have about my repairs. If your wondering about where to buy a mower or snowblower just go here, you won't be disappointed!
