This store just isn't as great as it used to be when it first opened. Now it's more of a standardized department store than a buy out specialty store. They do carry some things that we don't see in other stores such as meringue cookies. Then there is always something a little odd such as rainbow Christmas trees.
Went today to get a new couch and Mr. Tony was the gentleman that helped us. He was absolutely amazing. I went in dreading spending that much money and left happy that I went there for my couch. I can't say enough about his positive energy and people skills. Big lots and the customers are lucky to have him. Thanks again Mr. Tony and Big Lots!
I absolutely love Big Lots, and generally I would have nothing but glowing things to say about this location, because it’s awesome- that being said, we just left the store and the whole entire time we were in there an employee followed us around like we were being sketchy about something lol. My advice to that employee is if you’re going to follow shoppers around, at least try to make it less obvious that you’re following people. Other than that, I love the store.
I went to look at the furniture. I've heard they have a lot of nice sets at both Columbia and Lawrenceburg TN locations. I was impressed with the selection, however, why would you display items that have seams torn, boards sticking out the back, stuffing out of cushions. I mean this tells me that this is what is gonna happen to to items I purchase. It doesn't matter how bad customers treat them, you need to take pride in your displays.
The ladies that helped me were so sweet & friendly. They really make me feel valued & special. I had such a wonderful experience Christmas shopping here. You will too!

It was ok. I was disappointed that they no longer sale greeting cards. The cashier forgot to remove the tag from an article of clothing. I'm sure it was an oversight.
sign up for the rewards card and look for the 20% off coupon every couple months for any larger purchase. good variety of mattresses and home goods with good prices during sales. not alot when it comes to electronics though. Good store.
I like the store. But....... Seems like things are always moving from place to place. Don't understand why. And now furniture! Looks decent. But how durable? And a little pricey.
Awesome!!!! They had some really great sales saved lots of money on gifts tonight. Mason, our cashier, was fantastic and very friendly also. Love this store.
