I go here to buy a lot of things for my house or personal needs and even gifts. My grandma also used to shop here and that reminds me of happier times. This place generally has what I want, so that’s always a good sign. Thanks Big Lots!
I tried shopping. But the big girl who said was a manager didn't hear me. She was on her ear pods the whole time. When i finally got her attention she said wait i gotta call you back. Then she was like i don't have it. They don't have it when I asked if another store has the new gazebo for my yard. I'm 2 Miles away. Why would I go shop somewhere else? I'm right there. Why can't they be nice and help. They have always transferred things for me
Big Lots is a favorite of mine. I enjoy going up n down the aisles. Be sure to check out the furniture, mattresses, & clearance racks.
Big lots is just one of my favorite stores. Great prices. But one of cashiers is always like in bad mood...

The customer service goes above and beyond. I love this place. 5 stars all the way for the customer service alone. I hope they thrive because more business need to follow the model of how to treat people. I hope the employees are as empowered as they make their customers feel. --- This review was for SAVERS not Big Lots. Not sure if they own SAVERS or if they did the ole' switcharoo on me.
Always enjoy Big Lot's never know what your going to find and great for basic needs!
They're closing the store! Doesn't seem to make any sense closing before Christmas. Everything is marked down.
If I could I would put no stars. I do not recommend this place at all. Yorbalinda and Rosedrive. Their furniture is infested. The staff is not even willing to help resolve the issue. They said they would call back and they never did. I had to go and ask every one in the store and nobody could help. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE. After the incident they decided to have a huge sale, I wonder why... Please be careful when you go to this store!!
Not as good as it used to be!! A lot of their stuff is of inferior quality.I E I was looking for an ice tea pitcher. They offered a no name brand with a flimsy lid for $6.00. Target offers a larger Rubbermaid with a nice lid for less than $4.00. Their prices on coffee and candy are also higher than what you can find anywhere else.
