Really enjoyed my shopping experience. But the young lady at the register really made my visit there great. Even though she had a long line of people. Not once did she have an attitude or show frustration. She treated each customer with the utmost respect. Great job young lady. Wish I could remember your name.
I walked in on sunday at 6:38 pm to purchase 3 mattresses. I knew what i was getting and they said they stop loading 30 minutes before closing.ughhh Took my money to other local store.
This can be a good place for deals but you have to know the prices. A lot of items are not price marked so you won't know the price until you get to the register. The shelves are not marked either. However, since this is an outlet/overstock store, if you find something that you like you'd better buy it then or it may be gone when you go back and it probably won't be restocked. Because of the nature of the store the shelves are somewhat disorganized.
Love the location and the convenience of this store! We live right around the corner and we got some additional furniture from Big Lots as we moved from an apartment and it had everything we possibly needed “furniture wise”! Touché BL touché.
I shopped the holiday clearance yesterday for several hours and filled up 2 shopping carts. The entire staff was very kind and helpful for the 2 hour+ visit. Several employees re stocking clearance helped me find products including the very last Christmas tree. The cashiers price checked item after item without making me feel like a burden. After my $340+ purchase 2 carts completely full , an employee even helped push the second cart out to my vehicle I was shopping alone. The manager showed up shortly after and returned both shopping carts for me when he absolutely didn’t have to. He was also present the entire visit and his interactions with the staff were all great. I interacted with at least 10 team members and every last one was extremely helpful even though they were all very busy restocking mountains of clearance. I will definitely be going back and recommending the Odessa store on Andrews highway to other people.
They will have a price on something and charge you a higher price, than when u say something They just say it something else. I told them it's for what's I got because I read it and they just say I don't know smdh
It's Big Lots and I don't expect to find a tidy store, but the staff is always friendly and they do have a lot of things at a reasonable price. I'm in town from CA and I went there to buy my mom's favorite cookies - Anna's ginger snaps from Sweden. The box reads "if it breaks into three pieces your wish will come true". They are thin and crispy! It's hard to find these cookies.
Shopping is good great deals and all but store needs improvement and organize
They don't have prices on anything in the store the employees where not friendly
Place is trashy. Employees don't look like they want to work here.. A lot of items had no prices.. only bought a few items because i felt bad for the store....
