Great store that has a little of everything. Always well kept, including the restrooms. Friendly staff that is always helpful finding what you need. This is one of the better Big Lots, many are disasters but the management ensures this isn’t one of them. Thumbs up! I just wished they had more vegan healthcare items otherwise it’s all good. Easy parking and located next to Griffols plasma donation center same parking lot as Pet Supermarket. Be sure to visit and let them know you saw my review.
We typically do not shop at Big Lots but I knew they might have some things I was looking for. While we were there we decided to buy a Gazebo that was on clearance but the floor model was the last one. We came back a few days later to pick up the disassembled gazebo. We were missing some pieces and felt like the purchase was a huge mistake. Terrance, the store manager, went above and beyond to help us. We're so impressed with his people skills and focus on customer sevice. We'll be doing more shopping at Big Lots because of our experience.
I guess inflation has hit BIG LOTS pretty hard! I usually use instacart to shop... but there were a lot of good finds in the store the prices were a little steep 9.99 for a hat and mittens set in FLORIDA? I could not find any educational youth items such as flash cards for division or frequently used words.
Absolutely horrible experience. Won't be going back. This would be zero. Free item of the week. Red bull is a scam. Don't have that size. Manager said don't know if we ever had that size and disappeared. He was on shift at 5:pm, Big Lot corp. Today would be his last day if it was my store Checker was oblivious to everything.
I haven't stopped at a Big Lots in a while. This is my first time here. I remember their prices being lower for some reason, not anymore. I was surprised to have seen they are bringing in clothing. There were some colorful stuff, I was not impress with the selection. I was impress with the patio and furniture options. There were cute spring items througout the store. Also, I am glad to have friendly customer service the day I visited.
I was able to get a bunch of things that I wanted and needed. There's a couple of things that I wanted it they don't carry for some reason. Like c cables for cell phones. And I definitely have a wish list of things there that I'd like to get eventually. The only problem is a lot of times I go in there and the isles are narrow not necessarily very well-thought-out for someone with disabilities may be in a chair.
Always good selection and great customer service. Love shopping at this big lots in Gainesville Fl.
Large discount store. Shelves close together making it difficult for two or more to pass in the aisles. Rolling stock so buy it now cause next time you come in it may not be there.
Cassandra and Wazim where excellent assistance they both were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even made me laugh. I purchased a Sealy mattress very pleased with the quality and the price. I highly recommend this store everyone has great hospitality and the management encourages his team. This store has so much to select from.
First time buying furniture from here. We shopped 5 different places looking for recliners. Of course, Big Lots had great prices. We are happy with the quality. Bought the rocker recliner from the 13th Street store. Wade, the sales associate, was really busy but he did not rush and was very patient and helpful. We bought the snuggler recliner from the Lake City store. Easy to put together. Fit into my SUV with no problem. We are replacing the sofa with recliners...good idea. Thanks Big Lots.
