This Big Lots is a good & solid department store. The Staff is always friendly & professional. They have alot of different product genres from food, to household items, to backyard accessoriesgazebos, to household furniture. This is a overall good department store with reasonable prices.
I usually find what I'm looking for. I was good until they put that friggin 'Maze of Wonders' at the front! There's NOTHING on those shelves there that we want, so could you please remove them? The closeness of them makes maneuvering around with our baskets impossible. Other than that, great job! Thank you
The store and bathroom appear old, run down, and give the sense it's dirty. But, you can tell it's well kept and is actually cleaned and well organized. There were plenty of stock to choose from and a good amount of clearance. Easy to navigate. Quiet store. Great place for school supplies and gardening needs.
Staff isn't friendly or helpful but they definitely watch u like a hawk
A lot of god deals but very cluttered and claustrophobic feeling need big room more than the big lots

Big Lots- Suffolk, VA. Location. Nothing special. Don't seem to have the selection that some Big lots have. The store isn't the best kept Big Lots either. Lots of items seem to be out of place. The clearance isles prices are nothing special. Ex: A 4 pack of drinking glasses is missing one, and they only take the exact amount of for the missing glass if you divide the price by the number of glasses. Usually the discount would be better on such things. The parking is fine at this location. There's a Dollar Tree nextdoor. It's also very close to Walmart and Lowes making shopping easy.
Idk how this store still exists ..prices are high.. products are random unless u need a bedroom furniture ‍
