Little slow on service,Friendly staff. Good place to buy a mattress even though they seem high till you look other places. So far very happy with the purchase. Happy wife happy life.
We had an issue with one of our couches we bought, and went back to get it sorted out. Bobby helped us and he was very kind and helpful! Very professional and made sure we had everything we needed. I'm very much a lifelong patron of big lots. A few years ago it looked like Ollie's were going to replace it with it's low prices and basic newnes to the area. But after about one year Ollie's gave up trying. They stopped getting different products and being competitive. And afterwards big lots was still here with low prices excluding their weird furniture section and decent service. Always enjoyable to see their holiday decor and different items.gun foodstuffs and gift items. And a plus is the section they have of popculture items. Reliable cheap say it with big lots, but their furniture section is madness.
Well staffed, but the store was pretty empty of people shopping. Come on and support your stores before they all go out of business and we all have to drive to the pinnacle for everything. Didn't have what I was looking for, but I saw some good deals.
I had not shopped at Big Lots in years, in fact kind of forgot about it. Then I needed new outdoor chairs. I had half shopped around and could not believe the costs I was encountering. Then a friend suggested Big Lots. Huzzah!! I got 2 chairs for less than the cost of one. I also picked up items that I needed for less cost. I will go back.
The best way to describe Big Lot's? Walmart's second cousin but smaller. Very quiet though. Limited inventory
I recently visited Big Lots in Kingsport, TN and I have to say, it was a decent shopping experience. The store had a variety of products available, but the selection was not very extensive. The store was somewhat organized and clean, but not as well-kept as other stores in the area. The selection of products was okay, with a variety of items available for home and personal use. The prices were quite reasonable, which made for a good value for the money. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to provide recommendations and answer any questions I had, which made for a more personalized shopping experience. On the downside, the checkout process could be a bit slow during peak hours. Additionally, some of the products were out of stock or limited in sizes, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, if you're looking for a store for a variety of products, Big Lots in Kingsport, TN is definitely worth checking out. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, if you're looking for a wider selection of products or a more organized store, you may need to consider other stores in the area.
The parking lot is full of trash. I understand it's a discount store, but have some pride in your business. The store is rarely stocked with the products I've needed multiple times. They only have 1 employee I've ever seen working at a time, so if you need help good luck.
Great place. You are never sure what you might find there. The search is almost as much fun as the prices. A truly great place to search through for great values on a huge variety of closeout and other discounted items. Worth wandering through occasionally. I always find something worth taking home.
I needed a box Springs & they had the best price and availability. Providentially friends from church helped me get it to my apartment because they had no delivery.
