Great place, prices and a vast amount of items to choose from. The stages are great, helpful and personable. Nice to look at with a nice, clean sparkly atmosphere.
I called into the Olympia Big Lots to ask if they had lawn furniture swings? I didn't have to wait long to hear the answer. This was great. They held the remaining item until I arrived. They were so helpful & pleasant. I was also surprised as this has never happened during my checkout process. The male associate told me to look at my emails from Big Lot discounts. He saved me $175 & cents.
Great place if you're shopping for new furniture... Slightly below average if you're looking for much else, yes at first glance, their prices seem phenomenal, but once home and opened up you start to realize that most often that is due to the quality of the product being abysmal... And the employees, somewhat to my surprise... Were seriously lacking, customer service can't even be called sub-par.

Another shopping store where I'm rarely disappointed. This one is filled with a great line of all kinds of merchandise that's useful and fun. Like the fact Big Lots always gives a 10% Discount to all Veterans besides Active Duty.
I didn't realize until the day I went there that they had moved locations on the westside of Olympia. They're kinda tucked away off Capital Mall Drive, where one of the old music stores used to be. Big Lots used to have tons of stuff at great near -liquidation prices, and I didn't see that much merchandise that was in that price range. I didn't shop there alot years ago, but I don't know that I'll go back again really soon, only because I really didn't find much that caught my eye that I couldn't find somewhere else for pretty much the same price. Don't get me wrong, they ARE still a good store.
