Easily spotted while driving. Lots of free parking. Very good staff. Nice bargains. Didn't have exactly what I sought but manager suggested a terrific substitute.

The staff here are always kind and respectful. I always find the best deals on what I need here.

Bought an overpriced foam mattress which lost its shape after 3 nights. No returns. And me no return.

I'm giving a 5 because of Ms. Mary. She was the only person in the store that actually spoke to me and she was actually working on her knees on the sales floor. I told her she didn't have to stop just point to the area of the bathroom cleaner. She told me no way and she didn't mind. I appreciated her and I remember her name because it was my mother's name. Out of 8 women in the store she was the only one that acknowledged me. This past me look me in the face and unacknowledged, very poor customer service in the store. Two men also pass me that work there didn't acknowledged. But later one turned around and that knowledge me again very poor customer service in this store. First time in here and last time.

Big lots in Harvey Louisiana is a great place to shop I really love Big lots and the store manager  is a great person she has awesome costumer service goes beyond the call of duty for the costumers that what we need for biglots excellent costumer service she does it well. maybe that's why  she is the store manager.

While it took me a few minutes to get someone's assistance the woman was assisting another customer, and I didn't see anyone else on the floor, I was eventually helped. the woman was kind, helpful, and patient with me. I was purchasing a sort of stand alone cabinet for my mom, and the woman waited patiently for me to call my mom and get money transferred over, so I could buy the thing. luckily it only took a couple minutes, but still, she was very nice about waiting for me. they were kind enough to put the cabinet in my car for me after my purchase, so I didn't have to worry about all the lifting. to be clear, she offered without me having to ask. I could go on about the typical perks of big lots, but I think that's all standard stuff, so I just wanted to shout out this specific employee for being really great. if I can find the receipt, maybe her name is on it, but for now, she's just "unknown kind employee."  lastly, they were the only store in the metro area that actually had the item my mom was looking for in stock, which gives bonus points to this particular location.

Always love this store and usually find what I want and need at great prices, coffee, snacks, holiday decorations, slippers, and more.

Very Clean.. Staff are very nice and Helpful...

Nice place. They had a decent selection of couches and chairs.  the clerk Semaj was a big help
