I've been here several times. I ordered a 7 ft. tree online for sale. I went to pick it up. Then I decided to purchase more items. Great place to shop & customer service.
This is such a good store with reasonable prices. They have some good basic furniture and household items. They usually have nice decor items and holiday decorations. They also have some food items, snacks and treats for low prices. Staff here seems nice and helpful as needed.
I wanted to leave this review on their website, but I couldn’t. I just recently had my first Big Girl purchase of a bed. I had been in the store 3 times, just looking and contemplating. The third time, I had the help of Bennett who made the process SUPER smooth! I appreciate his absolutely stellar customer service and recommend anyone to go see him for your furniture needs!

The staff and managers are always so helpful. Especially the assistant manager unfortunately I don’t remember her name.

It was the cleanest Big Lots I've ever been in! It was a pleasure shopping there. I spent over $100.00! I could walk up & down the isles and actually find what I needed with ease.
The staff was very friendly& very informative on all my questions.. & they had a lot suggestions for some of the unanswered questions I had. Very helpful manager& staff. Great visit. Just wished for more Christmas items..‍ but over all great visit..
Big Lots has a variety of things, but my favorite is shopping for their Dove Bar Soap . The exfoliate bar is my favorite but it was all gone by the time I got there, so I had to get the non exfoliate bar . Now let me tell you why I go there the Soap is a dollar and they are not even small enough said. Any who that's my truth
