Had a really great experience with the sales staff in the furniture department. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us get our new furniture as soon as possible. Highly recommend them.
Not much selection. Prices for lots of items were high. Only bought large bottles of spices for $1.25, good value.
My husband and I went into Big lots to use the restroom and he can't get door open to the men's restroom, so, I went in the women's, there was NO seat covers nNO toilet paper and NO paper towels for me and when we got out we did a little shopping and walked around the store, and stuff was on the floor, empty shelves and dusty, very dirty store, and I didn't see any employees on the floor very unpleasant. didn't buy anything because the cashier was taking her sweet time and I walked out and people were behind me too . SHAME ON BIG LOTS VERY DISAPPOINTED

I haven't been to this big lots since I was a little girl and let me say I will be going back. I do think their store is a little too big for their inventory but maybe that's what makes it seem clean. Lunch time is a good time to go. I had two transactions because I found more stuff on my way out but the first time there was no wait and the second there were only 2 people in front of me. Although the customer in front of me said in the evening the line can get pretty long. But like I said really good experience overall. The picture is of my second find they were buy one get one 50% off
They have lots of staples for less and sales and coupons. 8/6/ 22. No a/c. Also a friend said none at hers, either. Good day, 20% coupon and 5% bank, so good deals, 25% off. But wore out wifey.
I am here every week and find something new every week. I got an eyeshadow palette for less than $5 and saw it at Walmart yesterday for $12
Big well organized and clean store. Lots n lots to shop n browse.
I went in for a Patio Set and Ben & Ron went out of their way to make sure that I would get it even though it was sold out pretty much every where and Ron the Manager went out of his way and picked it for me and notified me when it was available for me to pick it up, both were very Helpful and courteous “THANK YOU!!!”
