Big lots has lot of fun things at reasonable prices, if you can't find something at other stores go here. They go everything and I enjoy going in here. They have make-up and foods and drinks. Gummy foods and all. It's really funny honestly. I'd be excited to try them.
Nice staff. Always something different when you go in there. Sometimes it's a little disorganized but never too bad. Prices are pretty fair.
40% off on select summer items. There is a lot of nice stuff. Get in and check it out. Very organized store. Good job team!
Maysville location terrible service. Beware older angry lady in the furniture department. She will be very put-out if you ask her any questions.
I bought a Dillon sectional sofa on 08/03/2022 and 3 months later only and the couch is already broke down and I contacted the Maysville KY store and they said it only has a 30 day return policy I also must add that I purchased the 3 year coverage warranty big lots game me the Allstate number for the insurance they provide I called that number Allstate sent me to the manufacturers Big lots, the manufacturers and the Allstate center all just kept sending me to someone else the the Allstate after the second time talking to them sent me to the big lots customer service center and I thought we were getting somewhere and got a case number and talked to them 48 hrs later like they said to and they once again said there was nothing they can do this is the worst experience I have ever gotten from any store I was kind, and patient with each person I talked to and all I get is nothing I spent almost $1500 on my sectional and this is what I get. I do not recommend any big lots furniture or any big lots I called multiple and all were no help if I was given the option of negative stars on this review it would be negative 5 they don't deserve a 1 star.

I love shopping here. The staff is always friendly and u can usually find some great deals.
Always friendly and good service
From the automatic doors that no longer work, to the men's bathroom that contains no soap but has been signed off on by every worker for the last week, this store is going under. At this point I believe the space would better serve the community as a parking lot.
They I have very Poor customer service there you have a old guy that works there rushing you at the store when you have 10 minutes left to shop when you’re trying to get a rug because he’s in a hurry to get home because he said he’s worked all day But other people work to that’s why they stay open later And I know I’ll never go back to that big lots again and Maysville Kentucky because of what just happened there should be something done about it
