I really like buy-out stores. Found some very good deals for the holidays. Did happen to have an issue with a few items I purchased respective to the store weekly sale display signage placement and the application of said sale. The customer should always be right. The store manager was a douche - point blank. No customer service skills, whatsoever! Blatantly told me I was wrong and diminished my very valid point of the definition of "accessories," sale display signage placement, etc... It's almost like a bait & switch... Knowing most people won't catch on or bother to return the items, like me. I'm sure I'll shop the chain again. I will not, however, be paying patronage to that particular Christiansburg, VA store, located in the Spradlin Farms shopping center.
I’m one of the happy customer for this location. I been buying since last twenty plus years ever since the store was in the other shopping centernow known as the market place. Today, I happen to stop by to pick up some cleaning supplies for my business and young man Cory was very helpful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I brought several items and he was genuinely delighted to see me buying from the Big lots. I used to buy things from the Home Depot but after two bad experiences in the raw with the customer service I have chose to spend my hard earned money at the Big lots. Plenty of parking, verity of items and the most favorite thing is great customer service urges me to shop more often here. I will certainly recommend them. Solid 10/10. Thank you Cory.
Prices have increased a lot especially on food items. Store was neat and clean. Lady at checkout was nice.

Prices are bar none. Ample items in stock friendly staff, organized and when they have sales take advantage if you can. In a secure area, parking is close by.well lit and if your looking for holiday items they are priced better than some of the stores in this area.

It's nice to have a local store near where I live. Prices are just right and have all the essentials that you are looking for. Open isles and easy viewing of products. Almost all the items are placed where they should be employees keep the floor and shelves clean of dust and their furniture section has a lot of variety and colors to pick from. Grab a there big lots rewards card because it comes in handy with great discounts and offers
