I really just went into explore the new store. It was very clean and very organized. The prices that I looked at were very reasonable. The customer service people that I spoke with were quite informed about their area, and very friendly.
The store was incredibly messy and unorganized like usual, every big lots store seems to be this way. Items were priced more than in most stores. Never acknowledged by an employee, which is another norm for big lots stores
Nice store very clean...items that I was looking for were a hit and miss. Depending on inventory determine what's on the shelf
It’s alright the store is always messy and there always changing stuff around so it gets hard to find what u need
This used to be a fun place to shop. Now it seems dismal. I wish the owners would care more about the cleanliness and safety of their parking lot. Turlock is really getting to be an armpit.
This week on Friday I visited the store in the morning time with my friend and was treated like if I was a person coming into the store to still merchandise from the store it made me feel uncomfortable and really not a good experience At all apon leaving the store the casher kept looking at me with a down aggressive look so I walked back into the store and confronted the employee and asked to speak with the manager about the situation and was not really cared to with respect that I was a person I then went to my friends car got in and We were then pulled over by the Turlock police department for a call from the store saying that there was a person stilling merchandise the police conducted a investigation and no evidence from the store was found after this sistuation and experience I will never shop at their store again and I hope no one else is treated the way I was the other morning Don’t Shop at the store!!!!!!
Went for outside Xmas decorations. Loaded up on wrapping paper, White Elephant gifts, and a few other things. Staff was kind and helpful.
This store is so awesome! It is so much bigger with a wider variety of products!! The associates were so kind and very helpful!
We try to buy there Furniture it's on sale or not still.cant get it very Disappointing an upset Need to put on the furniture not available on stock its out so mad
Had the most best customer service experience ever with Brian! He was very professional explained everything in detail, fast with the transaction and very attentive to my needs and to what I was looking for in a couch! He also did a great job by asking if we had rewards and I was able to apply a coupon the Modesto store didn’t mention after I’ve spent $100 on Xmas gifts. We were in and out within 25minutes ! Brian did an awesome job!! He deserves a good raise! Lol
