Big Lots

I would like to acknowledge Kimra at the Springdale location. She had a lot going on the day I was in the store. Upper Management was in the store. I needed to find out if there was an item in the back. And this gentleman keep asking her the same question over and over. Through it all, she remain calm, and professional. Great Job.

Nice stop. Friendly staff, and customers. The Center seems almost like a ghost town, with many businesses gone. I hope other come in. This part of Springdale is my favorite.

My favorite location : everyone is super friendly every time I get to the register they always ask how my day is going if i have my rewards If there are any coupons that need to be scanned I've been going there for a year straight no issues so far. Keep up the great customer service we appreciate it

You get what you pay for here. They often have the cheapest option, and the quality reflects that. The seasonal and trendy home decorating items will work fine for a season, but probably won't last. Furniture breaks down quickly, fabrics shred or pill, and the cushions get misshapen and take on a weird smell. While it is cheap overall, I don't think anything here is a good value. A lot of the products they carry can be found at the dollar store. Also, the food they carry can be found for cheaper at a grocery store. It's like to make up for having the big things so inexpensive, they over charge on the little stuff.

Furnature? Yes and several big nsme desiners too. We needed new furnature so we stopped in for a look. My lazyboy style and an "L" shape sopha did the job. Fast 12mos same as cash fit my budget perfectly. You should stop in and see what they have for you. 2 months in, all is perfect even with 5 cats, 2 dogs, us and grandchildren, the ultimate test!

The gentleman that rang us out 30 mins before closing was great! Very respectful. The store was clean and pretty organized.

How can you not like a store where you can buy a sectional and witch hazel at the same time. I think Big Lots is underrated, the store is usually well organized and you can pretty much find everything here.

One of the nicer locations. Well stocked. Helpful staff that seem to like their jobs. Have noticed recently that prices have gone up on many items and are now comparable with Kroger. Will still shop Big Lots for that unexpected find and savings, just not as often now.

I like to go to Big Lots primarily for my bottled water. I always look around though to see what I can find. For the most part you think you go here because their prices are cheaper but that is not the case. I have found that their items and prices are hit or miss in comparison to other stores. I still enjoy going here though. The store is always clean and what they do have is always well stocked and presentable. The staff is helpful and willing to assist.
