Haven't been here in many years .This store has a bunch of everything New and older products. Brand name and off brands.The prices are almost as low as "wally world" .pretty big warehouse type feel
The store has changed alot. More furniture including mattresses. Lots of great deals also. I used a 25% off everything in store coupon. It included clearance! Pretty cool.
Great store with awesome prices - especially for end of season clearance sales! They even have a good selection of furniture for not technically being a "furniture store". Also has lots of home decor, household essentials. health and beauty, snacks, toys etc. Always been one of my favorite stores.
Love this store. You always get what you went for and then some. Very nice stuff too. Great parking. Check out is always easy.
Same parking lot as walmart. A hose on sale at Walmart was just under 18 bucks. A hose at big lots that was 25 feet shorter was 25 dollars. A top end dish rack at big lots was 29 dollars, and a dollar store quality folding rack was 12. Ridiculous. For a bargain store they sure don't have many bargains.
This place is a cluster F. If your on a budget fine but damn. Every customer had an issue at checkout making a normal line take forever!
Great store and great selection. Unfortunately the management needs some customer service training or to be replaced. It's almost like they enjoy giving you a hard time. Most of the regular employees are helpful and courteous. Update: Seems that they have turned things around. I went in there and got exceptional service and a great deal. Thank you!!!!
The service we received from Jess was fantastic she was attentive although we didn't get what we wanted due to corporation flaws she was still able to get us to spend 600$ . And to me that's valuable to any company in sales
Very long line. Cashier kept calling for help and no one came to help her. Some workers just don’t care about customer service anymore.
I specifically went to this store to purchase an outdoor 4 shelve unit. These were displayed in 2 different areas of the store, but I couldn’t find the price. I went to check out a couple of other items and asked the clerk if someone could give me a price on what I wanted. She said no, I would have to bring it up for her to scan. I told her that it was pretty heavy to carry and couldn’t one of the other employees let me know the price. She just kept smiling and telling me that I would have to bring it up there to scan. I told her that the store was going to lose this sale and she just kept telling me I would have to bring it up there, and was not willing to get someone else to help me. If it was a couch that didn’t have a price on it would I have to lug the couch up to the cashier?? There were other associates around. What horrible customer service! I was very disappointed!
