California Gold - California Gold – Is our latest result in searching the best of the best. This multi-varietal 100% Northern California Olive Oil comes complete with certification of the COOC (California Olive Oil Council), meeting high standards of quality, clarity and purity. The light pleasing grassy flavor, along with fruity flavors characteristic of this vintage, is not overpowering like our Early Harvest. It reminds us of the orchard where our farmer grows the trees used for this Olive Oil. Clean on the palette, with a very clear finish makes this a great overall, use with everyday cooking; yet full enough to be used instead of butter.
Early Harvest - This early harvest extra virgin olive oil is made from green olives pressed before fully ripening, has a peppery flavor and a grassy finish. 100% Northern California Olive Oil comes complete with certification of the COOC.
Lemon - Fresh zest of Meyer and Eureka lemons is blended with our Late Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil, making this a highly versatile condiment. Excellent for grilling vegetables, chicken or seafood. Lavishly lemony

Basil Garlic - This was one of our first products and still our #1 seller! Our Late Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is infused with fresh basil and garlic. Excellent base for pasta dishes, pizza topping, and drizzled over artichokes. Makes the best darn mayonnaise we've ever had! Great on sandwiches or for veggie dipping.
Rosemary Garlic - Rosemary & Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil; Our Late Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is infused with fresh rosemary and garlic. Great with chicken, fish or on steamed vegetables.
Spaghetti Western - Our Classic Balsamic Vinegar is mixed with gorgonzola cheese, oregano and garlic, and then blended with our Smoked Chili Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A wonderful spinach salad dressing! Without a doubt one of our house favorites.

Blackberry Vanilla - Sweet rich blackberries are reduced down and mixed in with our Classic Balsamic Vinegar and a healthy dose of pure vanilla. This vinegar benefits from age, and is best used at least a year after the bottle date. 4.5% acidity. Try a tablespoon on your oatmeal in the morning, very refreshing and fat free!
Mission Fig - Fresh Mountain figs are reduced to a black syrupy goo and then added to our classic balsamic vinegar. Whether drizzled lovingly on red ripe heirloom tomatoes, marinating a fine filet mignon, or reduced to a syrup and served over fresh berries and ice cream, this versatile vinegar is sure to make any meal delightful! 4.5% acidity.
Perfect Pomegranate - As promised, the nice pomegranate balsamic vinegar; Made from juicy red ripe pomegranates and light balsamic vinegar. Hide some for the Holidays as reduction for a turkey or ham glaze.
