To say it's organized chaos is an understatement!! Fun but in need of a better structured safety briefing. I couldn't hear anything and there were too many young kids driving by themselves causing accidents. I know you drive at your own risk but at some point if anyone is seriously injured a lawsuit will be a sure thing. we saw several safety issues...maybe because we were all military we were more observant. We saw a young girl traumatized when her cart was hit and she spun out...she was big for her size but too young. After her crash she was the slowest driver on the track...which was also very dangerous. I would have given 4 stars if not for the safety issues. The workers seemed to be doing the best they could and had good attitudes. Customer service was really good all things considered. Overall we enjoyed ourselves because everyone on the track was older management needs to invest in flags and safety training. Great value for your money but not worth the risk to young children...parents make sure your child can handle the stress as well as the fun.
I agree with another review it is a little chaotic if you don't know everything they have to offer and that their are multiple locations to buy tickets, etc. But it is a great place to go for family fun. Lots of games to play for all age groups. The bumper cars are fun and the new area to shoot orbeez is awesome. Totally loved doing that!!
This was a place we decided to give a go.i already knew it was going to cost $$. My son and I did some bowling and some game playing. As far as bowling goes my son has some big hands for a 14 year old but was hard to find a ball that he could handle. Hints the 4 stars and not 5. He really enjoyed the VR full dive game play. All in all it was money well spent to see him smile. He has been through a lot with the loss of his brother, so it was good for him to forget just for a while.
They offer go carts for adults. They are fast at 60 mph and the track has a lot of turns, too. There were plenty of workers to help the customers stay safe. This is a great time for friends and family to get together and have some fun.
The bowling is super fun, the bar is very fast. I had the strawberry margarita and it was good! I came here last night and played a bunch of the arcade games but we won over 1000 tickets and when we got to the counter it said we only had 20 tickets we weren’t even going to keep them for ourselves we were going to give them to someone but the people who worked here said they couldn’t do anything about it. But I have proof! I took a picture because I was pretty excited about winning the bonus on the game! We played other games and won at least 400 tickets in addition to that. It’s okay, we were just surprised they never transferred over to our card.
My grandson and his class had their end of the year field trip here and we had a ball, bowling, pup pup, he really enjoyed himself, we will come back for go- carts, the rides etc, etc, IT'S fun for the whole family!!!! So much to do!!!
I had an amazing experience the most recent time that I went here! I went out for a night of fun by myself and went to the smaller arcade first. Heaven, the name of the associate at the redemption counter, was very attentive, helpful, funny, and encouraging to me when I was playing the games. We bonded over our similarity of working at an arcade and talked quite a bit about that. She definitely made my experience worth while! After I was was done redeeming my tickets/points in the smaller arcade, I went over to the larger one and spent quite a bit of money. Maybe more than I should have but I had an amazing experience. Some of my favorite games are the Willy Wonka Game, Despicable Me Game, Fish Bowl Frenzy, The Monster Ball Drops, and the Monopoly Game! I'll definitely be coming back for more nights of fun.
Fun time for everyone. Game prices are fair. Points for prizes is a bit high. $8 to ride a minute and a half roller coaster is a bit steep, but the ride was fun. $11 GoKarts was a fair price for the 10 mins or so on them. Lazer tag was very fun and you got a lot of time. Overall a good time!
They have a good cheese steak sandwich and fries plus $10 in gaming for about $18. Big Play has a few buildings and gaming that includes arcade games, bowling, Lazer Tag, bumper cars, a race track in addition to the food. It's a great place for a special occasion or to just eat and blow off a little steam.
Multiple buildings with arcades in all of them! We bowled, rode go karts, and rode carnival rides. Like most arcades, prize choices were sparse, but it's a family friendly atmosphere but also has a grown up full bar, close to all beach hotels, and was super fun to secape the Mississippi heat!
