Big Red Barn Self Storage

Hassle free service, and personal, fast and easy, great place, 24 access. The only storage facility when calling around that would answer the phone with a real person during normal business hrs to answer any of my simple questions. So I rented a spot for my trailer as well. Thank you guys.

my husband and i were searching for somewhere to store our items and vehicle at, that was both easy and affordable, and we came across big red barn. we had Emily as our representive, and she was beyond helpful! she made sure to go over things with us thoroughly to ensure we understood everything! we appreciate all of her help so much!

Security here is non existent. The insurance company that they use for your unit takes forever to pay for what was stolen but the storage company itself is still going to want the rent on the 1st. Do not recommend to anybody.

I've been using the Big Red Barn for a few months now and I have been very pleased with them. They are by far the best price around and they offer great service. The storage area and the units are clean and I feel comfortable leaving my belongings there. I also appreciate they are locked facility but still accessible at any time that I need to get to my belongings. Thanks!

At Big Red Barn Angie is very professional,very polite and is very helpful. She is very friendly,always cleaning out the storages when I come by. I am so glad you have an employee like her....I like how neat and clean she always is cleaning the office area and bathroom. She really is very intelligent and surely knows her job..I wish there were more staff like her. I like all the seasonal decorations she puts up ,she does a super job at that also. She needs a raise for all she does so well. She is just lovely and I hope she gets a bonus.

Pretty good storage for a reasonable rate. The staff were friendly and the facility relatively clean. What turned me onto this storage facility was the security parameters that they have. I feel that my stuff is safe. However, with regards to the RV storage, the lots are of a rough and rocky gravel that is uneven. If you can get over that then this place is for you.

They have been really good to us. They aren’t too bad on pricing for the units you want! I recommend you go here if you have trust issues because it’s gated by a code entry gate. Plus you put your own lock or locks on your unit. T. Howard

Friendly, courteous and beyond helpful! I’ve been looking for storage space and couldn’t find any for the life of me for a low price and climate control. This storage self storage business had me covered and not only were they mind & very friendly they also had the lowest price! Thank you so much for your great service!
