This was an AMAZING find. The water was crystal clear and easily accessible. The only downsides were that people can't respect amazing things, and tend to leave trash behind. We brought gloves with us and picked up a little bit!
Had a great time with my son. He loved that he could be a kid and get dirty! He kept saying this is so cool! And tried to catch mino's definitely will be back .. and soon. Playground: Cute little playground and picnic area before the creek Restrooms: Did't use but know they have them Dog-friendliness: Several dogs Picnic area: Clean areas with lots of trash cans... So do the right thing. Keep Louisville beautiful and clean up your mess! Don't leave trash for someone else to clean up.
Nice little spot along Beargrass Creek. Playground is very small but lots of safe places to play along the creek and hiking for the kids. Even found a small waterfall!
Good place to exercise on the trails they have lil areas of creeks Picnic area: Plenty of picnic areas a great place to take your family saw a lot of people waying in the creek .peaceful.
The right place to hike around with quiet scenery.Great place for family picnic and fun for kids and grown-ups. Looking for Nine-hole golf? Mark on your GPS that it's the place for combo fun. My 3 years daughter loves exploring water creatures and catching fish for fun. WISH THEY HAVE MARKED PARKING SPOTS.
We love this place and if u can come before mid summer or the end would be the best, just like any good place people seem to forgot to clean up smh .

I haven't been to this park in over 40 years. It's still as beautiful as it was back then and lots of nice improvements. Was able to find Big Rock but couldn't remember where the small tennis courts were that sat off the road were and if they are even still there. A lovely day of memories and fun. Definitely a wonderful, fun, relaxing, and adventurous time for the whole family. Highly recommend it if you've never been there.
In my opinion it is a good place to share with family and friends, having good and wonderful experiences... Picnic area: It is a amazing place to go.
