Kim with Big Sandy at the Hurricane store has been wonderful to work with! She’s been genuine and so helpful in assisting us with our purchases for our new home. We’ve purchased a complete living room set, end table, and home decor decorations. We live in Charleston, but continue to travel to the Hurricane store to work specifically with Kim. Her customer service is great and her follow up is wonderful as well. We’ve been incredibly pleased working with her!
As me an my mother walked into the store we was asked what we brought us into the store today. I said we was looking for a refrigerator for my mother an the pointed us in the direction of the refrigerators an Thomas helped us look at some options they had on the sales floor an we picked out the one she was looking for. I liked the help they had gave us a they was nice to us the whole time we were there.
I would like to give them a 4 star just because they are always good at talking me out of more money then I plan on spending. They are nice & it's a clean store. They are just to good at their job. I have liked the stuff I've bought their in the past. It isn't cheap but I do feel like I get quality & value. I also feel like they are people people. A+ service. I wish I was better at remembering names but the guy that sold me a bed was great. He took me around & explained the beds. I think by the end he knew better about what I would like then I did. He was very patient. Great to work with. Even tho he up sold me I didn't feel pushed.
I was immediately greeted by a friendly associate with great customer service. She pointed me in the right direction where i was greeting by yet another friendly associate! He was very knowledgeable on the products and helped me find the perfect product that fit my personality, family, budget, and needs! The customer service and variety of options that i was given made my whole experience fast and super easy! I will definitely come back and will highly recommend!
My mother and I both made a purchase! Because…. Laura was an exceptional, most helpful, salesperson! She was never pushy, tried so hard to find me exactly what I wanted which was a grey, real leather, sectional with recliners…. I had to give on the leather but Laura’s service made us come back to buy from Big Sandy! You have an exceptional employee! I would come back again and again for her assistance, she was one of the most pleasant humans.
Great experience buying a new bed.From the time we walked in til we were done everyone in the store was so nice and helpful. Thank you to Pauline , Natina, and Liv for helping us pick out and finance our new bed. It was delivered today by Cory. He and his partner didn't get his name were very efficient getting our bed together and very courteous. We are very pleased with our purchase.
Olivia waited on me. She was friendly and asked me some questions. She let me shop. She lead me through the process and was very helpful
We visited Big Sandy looking for a couple of furniture pieces. We were greeted by sales rep, Laura, who steered us in right direction, let us look w/out hovering over us, but checked on us, answered all our questions& provided all the info we requested. We narrowed our decision & made our purchase! Staff was super friendly & helpful!
Experience was good. Aaron my sales person was kind enough to not act like he wanted to strangle me while I changed my mind a couple of times. And I am very satisfied with my furniture except for the chair.. the leg broke off while they was putting it together when they delivered it and there are some dented in places in both arms you can feel the board inside the chair arm.. I feel like it is cheaply made and I wish I would have chosen a different chair.
Looking for mattress and box springs for spare bedroom. Most expensive was in view. Looked at back and found my price range. Sales lady very accommodating. Liked being able to fill out paper work on line for financing and no hassle.
