Walked into a wonderfully clean and clear cut Superstore showroom. They were having a superior clearance sale and as I’m redecorating, I saw many things that I wanted to be mine but specifically I was here for an adjustable bed to make sleeping a bit more comfortable. I had a car accident in June breaking my knee cap, fingers of my right hand and ribs. Found the adjustable beds and finding out there was a sale was a blessed bonus. Everything was labeled and easy to read for my aging eyes and I had picked out the mattress I wanted while Mark the best sales associate finished up assisting another customer. We discussed my needs and he checked the stock, helped me apply for the financing and just like that, efficiently and professionally handled, I have a new bed set for delivery within two weeks. Thanks for a great experience Mark and Big Sandy Superstore.
My daughter and I had a great experience. The employees were friendly and great with answering all our questions. We were there 2 days in a row. We went to other stores and couldn't get the service and deals we received at Big Sandy. Steven was our furniture salesman and Heath for our appliances. Both were great!!
Shopping experience was great. Salesman was wonderful. That was the day of the sale, now just getting the run around. Can't get my furniture delivered and everytime I call I get a different story. All pieces except cup holder for sectional was in stock. Now, they claim they are waiting on the entire sectional and headboard to bedroom suite.!!!! Not at all happy with their service. Their word is no good.
Lots of problems with the delivery and faulty. The refrigerator came dented and without parts. Was left in Dining room. Was then installed and leaked water and did not work. Has been difficult to get anyone to respond or call to the issues. When I spoke to someone, they agreed that item needed replaced but would not sign off in fear of getting in trouble. Finally get it replaced and they sent a crew that damaged the house and was not allowed to install the fridge. I now have a broken fridge in house and a working one in the garage. No one seems to respond or discuss the issues no matter how hard I have tried. No one has called on damage to the house. I would not recommend to buy from Big Sandy.
Shopping experience was great, staff was friendly and courteous. However, we've gotten the run around on delivery. We get different stories each time we call to check the status of the order. Finally today Justin told us the truth that one piece of our order all in one washer/dryer was on backorder. Up until today we have been given 3 separate delivery dates. If an item is on backorder the least you can do is call the customer and let them know. That's just common courtesy. 2 stars for lack of customer service.
I received excellent service and detailed answers to all my questions..I left the store feeling satisfied.. My sales men Steve was great !! Give him a bonus. He new a answer to every question I had.
My salesperson was very attentive and very knowledgeable of her job. Shelby is an asset to your company! I’ll definitely be stopping by to see her for future purchases.

I have been very very pleased with all of the things that I have bought there my washer was under warranty when it tor up and they came looked at it and worked on it and they just decided that I was going to get a new one just like it very nice people and honest
