Very good food. We went for lunch. I had sesame chicken, combination rice and egg roll. My friend had shrimp dim sum and the salt n pepper chicken wings. The food was very good and flavorful!! I would definitely eat here again and again!Food: 5/5
AMAZING! The flavors were perfect. The menu has all the deliciousness. The staff was super friendly. I love the little touch with dumplings when you walk in and fresh baked cookies when you are leaving. You will not be disappointed coming here. I honestly feel this is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the city.Food: 5/5
This visit was a recommendation that ended up one of the best meals EVER! Each item that came out was better than the last! All flavors were phenomenal! The service was something special, we were made to feel like family. Miss Shirley even came out and checked on us her self. Miss Shirley’s has quickly become one of my go-to spots in New Orleans, and I can’t recommend it enough. Miss Shirley herself is nothing short of sweet, charming , & welcoming. It was an absolute pleasure to meet her and share experiences briefly and to try her homemade cookies. This was the perfect way for my girlfriend and I to end our Friday night, Do yourself a favor and stop in !!!
Everything here is delicious! I have celiac and was able to partake in egg rolls, dumplings, noodles, shrimp balls, and more. It has a delicious fresh taste. The staff was all beyond kind and welcoming during a busy holiday lunch rush. We enjoyed being served by Jasmine at the bar. Next time I will take more pictures to show the tasty food! I can't recommend enough to anyone who has a gluten allergy. This is the first experience I've been able to eat Chinese food and not get sick. Thank you, Miss Shirley's krewe. Some of the best Chinese food in New Orleans. Classic dishes with a novel spin. Popular for a reason! The dim sum is great, you can make a meal of it. Also highly recommend salt & pepper chicken wings.Food: 5/5
Living in Asia for a decade… stepping into Miss Shirley’s gave us the BEST Asian vibe. The food was outstanding! We chose Dim Sum to celebrate our last daughter’s 21st birthday!Food: 5/5
Stop by Miss Shirleys from NYC, couldn't dine in it was very busy, however I was able to place my order and wait, the wait was not to long for my food to be ready, in the mean while Miss Shirley had the upmost hospitality with her guest waiting outside, she brought out drinks and small appetizers while they wait. The staff inside was attentive and pleasent. I requested a glass of water while i wait and got it with no push back. Food was delicious, next time ill try to dine in. Loved the fish tank !!
This place is insane! I could eat here everyday i feel like I already do. I have not had anything I don't like. My current favorites are the Hot and Sour Soup, the crab udon noodles, the singapore noodles, the eggs rolls, any of their dumplings. Wait times can be long at night, but with how good it is, it's understandable. They're open for lunch, so thats where I normally hit and have never waited to be seated. Miss Shirley and her daughter who run the place are the best! They're always happy to order for you if you don't know exactly know what you want, and to be honest, they always bring out my favorite dish I would've never ordered on my own.
We stopped at Miss Shirley’s for my daughters birthday and she said the food was “life changing”! It truly was delicious and the customer service from the beginning was superb. Miss Shirley herself was running around making sure everyone was taken care of, my daughter even asked for a pic with her! Whenever we go back to Nola we will definitely be going back to Shirley’s! 10/10 for sure!
