Excellent gym and facilities. Very friendly staff. Safe place to work out with a lot of variety. Julia was very nice and helpful.

This gym is fantastic for so many reasons, as people have posted. Great staff, the environment is extremely supportive and friendly, but mostly the reason for my review today is because of Cary, my trainer. Cary is thorough, pays attention to every detail, and consistently communicates with her clients and offers such helpful feedback during sessions and outside of sessions. Cary is passionate about what she does and works hard to help people succeed with whatever goals they set. And she is always ready to help clients in whatever ways they need. Working with Cary over the past couple of years has been one of the best decisions in my life. I have been successful for two reasons- my own desire to get healthy and Cary. She genuinely cares about her clients. Her approach to fitness and being healthy, her knowledge, and her unwavering support have helped me change my life. And I know I am not alone in sharing these sentiments. I am so grateful. Thank you, Cary!

Tori is the best she always greets me when I walk in. Which really makes my day every day! Definitely makes me feel comfortable when going to a new gym. I would recommend this gym to anyone because the staff is so nice and cheerful. She also makes really go protein shakes :

I like their facilities and that they offer childcare. Friendly staff, the women who work in the childcare room have gotten to know and like my son, and he likes them. Their open hours work for me. Don't like that their membership is predatory and doesn't allow you to cancel unless you move away or become disabled.

big, fun, & clean...has all ur standard gym equipment, locker rooms & showers...also features a protein shake/smoothie bar, tanning & hydro massage! ...personal training available & staff is great too--esp Trevor!

I have been to every big sky gym and they are all great but I drive a little farther everyday for the New Britain location, the staff is the friendliest of any gym I’ve ever been, especially Tori she also makes the best shakes. No reason to go to any other gym.

There memberships are shady, they make it hard as possible to cancel snd hung up on me over the phone when asking how to cancel once the started chsrging me monthly with an added fee even after my membership was suppose to end because they claime dit was in the contract I signed yet they refused to send me a copy as i never received one. when you call they are very unfriendly when you bring up cancelling and will tell you to to call another company to cancel who is just as un helpfull. i called them gym back and left a message ill be calling the BBB and atorney general. and magically i was never billed again.

Great spot , good trainers , nice setup, great customer service , plenty of variety snacks and drinks for replenishment, packaged prices are great for what you get.

Big Sky in New Britain is one of the best gyms around and has an amazing staff, especially Chloe. She's always super nice and fun to be around.

Every time I come into this gym to work out I am always greeted by the employees and it make me feel welcomed to come to this gym. After my workout I usually get a protein shake and the employees will always recommend me different shakes to try and they always say goodbye not just to me but to everyone who leaves after their workout. They have good workout machine and keep the gym clean but the big thing that makes me keep coming back to big sky is the great customer service keep it up guys!!!
