Kevin has been working with us in several deals with this location and we recently purchased a bad boy maverick HD. Key points to take away from dealing with Kevin. - he is upfront and honest about inventory and incoming shipments. - he is upfront about pricing, warranty, and insurance coverage. - my most favorite thing.. he picks up the phone when you call him! I will be back to purchase other things in the future and I hope to deal with him then. The product speaks for itself to be honest.. but this review is geared towards Kevin, and the people responsible for getting my trailer, and new mower inspected and to me quickly.
I recently purchased a new 4820H from Big Tex Tractor. Melissa was very pleasant to work with and the buying process went very smoothly. All my questions were answered by Melissa and Tony and I am very pleased with my purchase. Big Tex Tractor is an excellent company to do business with and I plan to do more business with them in the future.
Recently made a tractor purchase with Melissa, so understanding and very helpful to any question that we had. Made the process super faster and easier. There was no trouble at all with anything , she came outside and showed us the tractor explained things from it, we are 5.5 hours away from the sale to picking it up was great no worries at all. More than anything stress free Melissa was more than great and glad she shared her knowledge with us.
