Last year, Big Top sold us two tents at a fantastic rate, and came to set them up. We are happy to report they survived the entire season. Having these tents helped us to get almost 1000 dogs adopted last year! Bobby took time to check in with us throughout the process. I would recommend Big Top to anyone looking for a professional set-up that will hold up to the elements.
No stars… I ordered a large tent, tables, chairs and linens for a party for my son graduating from grad school. We were expecting around 140 people. Three days before the party the owner of the company comes on sight and said that he was going to “pass” on this delivery. PASS? He went on to say that he rents his stuff for weddings, basically more important events than mine, and he was afraid that his tent and chairs were going to get dirty. He was rude and arrogant, I’m super surprised he is still in business. Full disclosure, I was having work done in the back yard and sod was going down the same day. Luckily we were able to finding another company to rent from and the party was a huge success, No thanks to Bobby and his company. I will NEVER consider using big top rentals or letting anyone I know use them. Worst small business I have ever dealt with. Thank you to twin brothers rental for coming out the following day with a tent, tables and chairs. Bobby, I have included some picture for your viewing pleasure.
Big Top was incredible for our wedding! They were professional, punctual and easy to work with! My brother used them for his wedding, as well and they were just as wonderful 8 years later for my wedding. I'd hire them again and strongly recommend their services.
Big Top Party Rental is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. We had a backyard wedding, and were all set up with another local rental company for tents, chairs, table settings, etc. However, when they fell through unexpectedly, Big Top saved us!!! With just one week left before the wedding, James worked with us personally to ensure we could get all of the items we needed in time. The customer service of everyone involved was outstanding, from those with whom we spoke on the phone to those who delivered and set up all of our items. Everyone was exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. Big Top helped make our wedding a success! Highly recommend!!
I’ve used Big Top several times now for various parties and could not be more pleased with their service and products. The owner Bobby and his staff have always been so friendly and helpful. This year we had them set up a Christmas light display at our house and we are the envy of our neighborhood! Highly recommend!
Unless you have a garage or shed do not bother with this company went to go put my deposit down after I already got an invoice for everything for my wedding and was turned down because I have nothing to put the stuff under because I have no garage but they're supposed to be putting this one everything together so why should I have anything to put it under so they told me to go somewhere else they refuse service to anyone that does not have a garage or shed extremely rude this company lousy service right before my wedding now after all this time thinking I had everything set in my wedding in 2 months I have to find a new place obviously if they really wanted business they would have offered an alternative is tent or something!!! So upset!!!!
Bobby and Jennifer were excellent to me with a last minute rental! I rented a tent, tables, and chairs and everything was of great quality. Very professional, highly recommend!

Dont really know this place i work close by so google keeps wanting me to review this place. I went to school with the guy that owns or runs it so if i needed anything in that department i would def call him up!!!
