Love this place . I bought a dump truck here a few months back and everything was great. I noticed a few minor things wrong ... they fixed it right away. They stand behind what they sell .. I am a first time buyer at bigfoot but it will NOT be my last. Everything with finance was done easily and efficiently. I even got pulled over by highway patrol in Bristol on my way home and I had all the proper paperwork needed. I drove the truck 500 miles home and it didn't miss a beat. I even met the owner and man is he great. Gave me his card and told me if I ever needed anything to call him directly. Thanks so much for helping me add a new addition to my company

I am in the process of purchasing a couple trucks off of Jason of Bigfoot enterprises and boy am I impressed. Their main business is not selling trucks I believe but fixing trucks building dump trucks from scratch and pretty much wooden trucks shows for amazing rebuilds from chassis up.. Speaking with Jason I noticed they won the 2022 trophy on their absolutely gorgeous western star Dump Truck, if you haven’t seen it you have to! I’m from down east and Jason is your typical southern boy being extra friendly very informative and open to conversation end negotiations. When buying tractor trailers one is always extra cautious, but Bigfoot Enterprises takes that concern away and has an extremely open dialogue in regards to the truck to selling what they’re offering and what you’re getting. Absolute first class service with this company. Jason and Kim were always in communication with me about the truck I ordered from them and they delivered quicker than the initial timeframe. After having issues with finding a quality truck at other dealerships I called Jason and after the call I knew these guys knew what a dump truck should be. They have a returning customer in me.

Place is a joke and Jason is the top jokester rode 400 miles to look.at a truck , told me they would fix like I want in a month , well I waited a month and repeatedly tried to call Jason The Joke , no reply so I call the owner , he told me they already sold try ,,,so he told me they had another one they could fix for me because they have 5 of them , well guess what , 3 month later and still waiting , I can back everything I am saying because we have text back and forth , , the truck are white Peterbilt chassis trucks , good luck to you if you decide to buy from them because I promise you will need it
