Best Bigby in Metro Detroit! Love all the staff and the owner is the nicest guy. They never mess up my drink, and always are kind to their customers. Only bigby I’ll go to.Food: 5/5

The employee was super nice; I ordered a strawberry smoothie and my sister ordered a mango smoothie. I said I wanted to try some of the mango smoothie and the employee poured an entire cup of one for me to try for free using the excess smoothie from my sister's drink! How kind! Vegetarian options: Awesome vegan egg an sausage sandwhich!

This is an awful location. Rude employees that take their time or ignore you, and terrible tasting products. I will not be giving them my business again. Based on all the previous reviews, maybe this location should stop hiring entitled baristas that care more about their appearances or tik toks then with doing their actual paid job. I’m sure this location will be closed by the end of 2024.

My coffee was great, per usual for BIGGBY! Although I did feel like I was a bother in the drive through as I received an attitude while ordering when I repeated my order just to double check and make sure I ordered it correctly. The girl at the window wasn’t friendly at all. I usually visit a different location but just so happend to be in this area. Will not return.

This location did not honor the first responders discount and the barista claimed no locations do, even tjough there are many that have the corporate issued QR Code. Last time this location gets my business.

They now offer breakfast sandwiches! Also, everyone who works here is extremely friendly.

Absolutely the best customer service experience you can get. I work in food and I know especially now it's rough but everyone I see who works here is super positive and fun. They always seem to be truly themselves and genuine. Always make me laugh and bring a great start to my day. Keep doing all you do.

I was surprised when I received my food. It was a fresh Toasted bagel,with a real egg and real bacon. NOT microwaved egg whites and turkey bacon in a bag like the other coffee place!Food: 5/5

This is right along my morning commute and the service is usually friendly however the coffee is almost always lukewarm at best. If you get something made to order, it'll be good, but if you just want coffee, chances are it will barely be warm. This is common here and disappointing when you take that first sip!
