I have been a customer at Biggs Insurance for several years and they just can't be beat. Their customer service is beyond amazing. I was in a car accident on a Friday evening and Kevin Biggs dealt with everything on a Saturday from his home. a claim was made and the process to get my vehicle fixed started right away and  I am already in a rental car and my vehicle is getting fixed just one week later. Erie made this experience painless and I was never inconvenienced. The staff was very professional and easy to deal with.

I have been a policy holder with Biggs Insurance Company for over 10 years.  Having started my own business in 1980,  I have constantly searched for a reliable insurance company to handle my company vehicles, as well as my personal home owners insurance.  My experience with Charlie and Kevin Biggs is such that I have not been searching anymore for alternative coverage.  The Company is very responsive to my needs, changes in coverage, or follow up to any questions, and always offered competitive rates.  I quite often get solicitations from other insurance carriers to consider changing, but none have come close to the coverage and rates Biggs has provided me. Guys and Gals if you are looking for Home, Auto, Life insurance Biggs Insurance Agency is the place to go. Home Town owned and operated and always looking out for there customers. Big shout out to John B who helped save my wife and I 45.00 to 50.00 per month and A LOT BETTER coverage for less, may not sound like a lot of money but in today time every little bit helps. So don't pass them up if you are in the market for insurance.
