We miss Cherie but arbi is cool the groomers take great care of the cats and dogs and are experienced in not just professional grooming but the best care for every pet they groom they work well with seniors pets with disabilities and want to make the pets experience as least stressful as possible this is why theyhave the most amazing clients theyappreciate every one you can’t always make every customer happy but they do there best

I take my three dogs to Biju Spa and each of them requires different grooming due to their ages and breeds. They all leave looking and smelling great with tails wagging. I’m asked when we check in specifics about what each dog’s grooming should be, and the excellent team of groomers never disappoint. Communication start to finish is excellent and thorough from making an appointment to pick up time and the pricing is very fair for the quality of service. I’ve given up on the ridiculous pricing of mobile groomers and the almost universal flakiness- in my experience- of scheduling with them. Biju Spa offers ample free parking and cleanliness throughout the facility. My dogs and I are happy regular clients.

I love this place so much. They are like Family to me. Very clean place with caring employees. I’ve been taking my dog for 3 years and never gotten disappointed. If you need a safe, loving spa for your babies, Bijue is that place!

Overpriced and not very friendly. On my second visit my dog was very anxious. When I picked her up the blood vessels in her eye had ruptured and I went to my vet to have her checked. My vet suggested she had been chocked in some capacity due to the severity in both eyes. They refunded me when I called to inquire, but denied anything happened. Very concerning.

Would not recommend to anyone who loves their pets!

As always job well done. Arby and the ladies do a great job. You can tell they truly love the dogs and their work!

With the obvious convenience of being less than a block away, I have been going there for years and appreciate the friendly staff and services with both the former owner and the new one who is slowly adding his own personal touch to an established business.
