Bike Barn College Station

The customer service was great, the prices are reasonable, the store is nice, clean, and organized. Overall, going to Trek bike shop College station was a wonderful experience, as is at any Trek bike store. Highly recommend going to a Trek Bike store with any of your bicycle needs.

I’ve bought 3 relatively pricy bikes over the past 7 years from the outstanding crew at this location. Most recently I purchased an E-Mtn Bike for my wife. It was great to see that my wife shared the same exemplary experience I have working with the staff. The very reasonable and effective service after the sale keeps me coming back again and again. This bike shop is a great resource for our community. Thanks for raising the bar for the bike sales experience and top notch service in College Station Texas!!

The guys that work at the store are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took a significant amount of time to help me find the right parts for my bike and made good recommendations for everything from seats to pedals to helmets. They also didn’t try to upsell me on my bike tuneup, I thought it was going to need the full package and they said all it needed was a good clean! That probably saved me about $200. I will definitely be back.

11/27/2022: 4 star I bumped my review to a 4 star. I recently had an issue with my knock block and headset. They tried to get it covered by warranty but, that made it take weeks and I would’ve preferred to have my bike sooner. Trek denied the warranty and they replaced it with bike parts from on off another bike. I was overall happy but, the alignment of the knock block is slightly off. I’ll have to get it adjusted the next chance I get. I also brought in my dads Polygon to swap my clipless pedals from my Trek and they way overtightened the pedals took off a star so, I had to bring it in again to get them removed. The crank threads looked a little stressed afterwards but, still work. They have friendly service and a nice selection of products. Update 09/23/2021: 3 star They upgraded my tune up to their ultimate for free after the manager was made aware of the issue. I started to bump my review back to a 5 star. The second time, the bike was in better shape but, still the detailer has grime on it, and overall it's incomplete. Still have some grime that I had to take care of. Original: I bought my mountain bike here recently and have the 'pro' service plan. I really like the shop and, buy most my my gear and accessories here. I only have one issue which was my recent tune up 09/20/2021. I received the bike and the chain still had sand on it and overall the gears were still dirty. I think since my 'pro' plan comes with unlimited services that they didn't want to adhere to that and did a rush job. I had to pay an extra $40 which is fine to get the next level up but, having to arrive and see the bike in that shape was a little annoying.

Great experience purchasing my first bike in a long time. The attention to focus on what’s best for me and not what’s best to sale was evident. The ability to just take any bike you like out for a good ride for as long as you want was a wonderful touch for me. This may be common, but for me buying a bike long ago, this was not my experience. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a bike. Anyone in the store would provide a great user experience and genuine interest in you finding the best bike for your budget and level.

Very helpful and knowledgeable group. When we explained to them our issue about our bike not braking correctly, they were able to identify the problem very quickly. They fixed the bike and charged us way less than what roosters told us it would cost to fix what they broke. They will continue to get our business.

GREAT SUPPORT this past weekend for the MS150! I needed gears fixed, flat tire replaced and I needed new shoes. The team told me to meet at the tent in La Grange to order some shoes. They were delivered later that evening and they changed out the clips for me! THANK YOU ALL FOR THE HELP, SERVICE AND SUPPORT!!!!

I'm definitely technology-challenged when it comes to today's advanced styles of bicycles. But the staff at Trek patiently assisted me in choosing the best bike to suit my needs. Plus, every time I've stopped by with questions or problems, they always gave super-fast, super-polite service. They offer "plain English" explanations and help, never making me feel dumb for asking my dumb questions. Excellent, friendly service! Thank you, Trek!

My son’s bike was flat & we needed a quick repair on Sunday. The guys there were great! Completed the work & helped get bike back into my SUV.
