W. E. “Bill” Crowley Park is a 30 acre facility located at 5100 Lauder Road is located west of Highway 59. This park features asphalt jogging trail, two covered exercise stations, playground, basketball and tennis courts. Key facet of the park is your choice of 50 picnic facilities throughout the park. W.E. "Bill" Crowley Park, was named after a long time Harris County employee, who held the position of General Superintendent for Roads and Bridges for Harris County Precinct 4. The request came from former County Commissioner "Squatty" Lyons who wrote a letter, dated April 14, 1977 requesting that the park be named in Bill's honor.
