Mr. Bill and his staff went above and beyond to get my ring ready on time and make sure I was happy. They made me feel welcome and like family immediately. I cannot recommend them enough!
Excellent service and friendly faces. My go- to place for repair and battery replacement on my quartz watches. I had a crown replaced on my Girard Perregaux for way less than any other repair shop quoted me. They even have an excellent selection of Watch straps in all different sizes.

Great selection of fine jewelry and watches. Bill and Candice are very helpful. They have fixed many of our family watches our sons are very rough and tumble and we have purchased beautiful earrings for our daughter. Their prices are reasonable and won’t break your budget. If you are looking for something in particular they will work with you. They also have catalogs and can get your order in a few days. This is a great store and their sales staff are very nice and professional.
Went in to get a ring sized larger. They were super helpful and accommodating. Will be back in the future!

I went there to pick up my watch after having the battery changed and asked about their selection of men's watches. I quickly fell in love with in particular. After I learned of the price, had to buy myself an early Christmas gift. Why pay all the mark up at the "big box stores" when Bills has it at a way better price?!

Mr.Bill has that old school touch of treating the customer and a piece of treasured broken jewelry with great respect! His work is that of a true craftsman and you can see in that work his love and devotion to his craft.
