I called Bill's office to get assistance in setting up the Drive Safe and Save app and beacon. I spoke with Jessica, who was both an expert in the setup and also very pleasant and helpful. She took me through the process step by step to a successful completion. Her excellent assistance was a credit to Bill's agency.

My Agent Lauren is very helpful, I was not satisfied with my previous insurance,  I contacted her office she was able to help me and she went beyond to reach out to my other insurance. She cares about her clients and reach out to you, talking with her over the phone is very pleasant. I referred my mother and and my sister in-law and both signed with her. I was able to save $ 500 on my cars. I will definitely refer Lauren @ Bill Hagan -State Farm insurance.

This place use to be real good, the girls have alot of attitude. I mean, it's not like the same people call  every day so it's not like you're calling for them.
