For 20yrs Bill Markley Jr has been my insurance agent since his father retired from American Family. When Sr. wasn’t there, Bill Jr. would help me through any problems I had. American family wanted to move me to a new agent when Sr. retired. I fought it and won. Every claim or accident I’ve had in the past has been absolutely convenient and easy to resolve. Bill knows how to make the system work for the customer and he has done this each time where he handled all paperwork and made American Family accommodate my schedule instead of the other way around. Now going into retirement, I see the investments that he recommended and rates will soon benefit me greatly in the years to come.
I have been with Bill Markley Jr for many years now. He makes you feel at ease and also like family. His staff are just as wonderful and helpful. Bill Markley Jr and his staff put the "Family" in American Family Insurance. Thanks!
Do NOT go here! Bill has horrible service, doesn't care about his clients, only his income. Never calls back when he says he will. Won't bother reaching out to the adjuster for finding better solutions for items that need coverage.
Bill Markley is the go-to person for all your insurance needs. Very helpful explaining options and helping to pick whats best for the customer.
