This bakery has been in Snellville for as long as I can remember, and I'm dissapoited that it took me so long to get in here and try their pastries. Not only are the cookies, cakes, and other desserts artistic in their presentation, but they are absolutely delicious. The lady that manages the front was so friendly and gave me lots of information regarding the various items they offer she let me know they do custom cake orders. They are on Facebook and Instagram, and if you enjoy delicious pastries and dssers made from scratch, the Bill Rhodes Bakery is definitely for you.
This bakery has a very cozy vibe. It's like the Fig Tree Café in bakery form. It's also really cool because unlike a lot of other bakeries, where you can't see anything happening behind the scenes, here a big part the kitchen is out in the open. You can see the bakers working on their cakes and pastries. Plus, this place has some of the best éclairs I've ever had. I highly recommend it.
This bakery has been my go-to bakery for over two decades. I'm never dissatisfied or disappointed because they always serve fresh, delicious sweet treats. I recently ordered an assortment of danishes and white vanilla petit fours with pink rosebuds for a baby shower I hosted. Everything turned out perfectly and was so scrumptious and delicious! I couldn't recommend this bakery more. Always excellent service and excellent desserts.

I had the best experience designing and ordering a custom cake for a 40th birthday party. My best friend LOVED the cake so much and called it a work of art. I didn't have to break the bank for such a beautiful cake either, which was crucial for me. I even had a catastrophe bringing the cake home and they so graciously repaired it for me so quickly. I can't say enough good things about the team here! They have my business forever.
I ordered a single round cake replica of 1 tier of my daughter’s wedding cake for her birthday. They had the picture!! When I get there it’s a sad rose cake nothing like I ordered. The order taker just said sorry for miscommunication and did not try to make it right! THEY HAD A PICTURE!!! I could have gotten this cake from Publix!! Even the taste was not right, supposed to be almond amaretto , cake was dry and just a pound cake. 89.00 for THIS? You know the roses would have been ok if there was lace on the sides like in the picture. This is ridiculous!
I found this hidden gem tucked away while I was driving through Snellville! This is a FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED business, and they carry an assortment of small treats and can also accommodate your upcoming birthday or wedding with a large high quality cake! Desserts are moist and flavorful! My favorite treats are the ooey gooey bar and the carrot cake slice! You can tell just by taste that they use quality ingredients and have perfected their craft. They also carry coffee and have a nice seating nook, so you can grab a seat and curl up on the couch with a good book with a tasty treat. Everything is spotless and well organized, you can tell they take pride in what they do! I live in another city, but this is WORTH THE TRIP for a decadent dessert, and I won't hesitate to recommend to others!
This has to be, hands down, the best Bakery in Georgia. They have a great selection from cookies to cakes. Everything made from scratch and is always fresh. I’ve gained a few lbs from the last couple of months because this place has amazing baked goods! Definitely try them out!
We preordered our son’s 5th birthday cake from Bill Rhodes Bakery. First, ordering over the phone was easy and smooth, they were able to understand what we were asking and looking for. When we went to pick up the cake, everyone was so polite and helpful, you can see that the employees working takes their job serious. The details with the flames and even cuts of the layered cake, you can see they invest their time and quality. The cake was perfect and beautiful, we could not had ask for more. We enjoyed our son’s delicious, fluffy yet dense yet soft cake! We finally found a bakery that fulfill their promises and delivers high quality bake goods to their customers. Photos attached, excuse the candles, I added those before I took the photos; I was just too excited!!! The cake was so good, it was gone before the party ended! All our guest asked where we got our cake because it was so good. Definitely will be ordering from Bill Rhodes for all our parties! UPDATE: 12/29/21 Added photos of two customized cakes. My birthday was on 12/23 and my husband surprised me with the most beautiful cake I could ever think of. My name means Butterfly and my favorite color is Purple. This cake was so magical and everything I wanted!!!! Bill Rhodes Bakery took our breath away yet again!! My grandfather’s birthday was on 12/10 and we surprised him with a custom Kentucky cake and he loved it sooo much he didn’t even want us to cut into it!! LOLOL!!! Bill Rhodes Bakery comes through all the time! Literally the only place we go to now.
Ordered first cake from Rhodes for granddaughter. It was a unicorn cake. Ordered another bd cake that had flowers on top. Both beautiful. Elly Croft was happy. I'm happy! Thx so much Rhodes Bakery.
