We were traveling down the highway and had a dump truck thrown rock hit us and cause a small 1" star crack.  When a call to a big national glass company we repair, we replace, as they say would not let me talk to a human, I realized I should have called a local shop first.  Bill's answered the phone and I spoke to a friendly real human being who told me there would be no problem stopping by in 30 minutes as we drove through the area with our RV attached to our truck, and they could get us fixed and back on the road quickly.  Sure enough, we had a place to park, friendly people to work with, a speedy and affordable glass repair, and we were back on the road.Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield repair

This company is nothing but a scam. They tell you one price and double charge you when you come into their office. I had a perfectly good woking mirror before I went in Bill's Auto Glass. And now it is completly broken. They refuse to fix or replace it. Absolute worst customer service. The ladies in the office are very RUDE and HATEFUL. Car was vandalized 10-18-22. Bill's Auto Glass repaired my car before 11AM the following day. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I called Bills glass and told them what glass I needed changed. They sent out a technician to verify that they could handle the task I needed done.  The technician verified that he could remove and install the glass I had.  I talked to the main office after his visit and we set an appointment for the morning after.  No call.  No show.  A different tech/owner shows up at 2:45 pm and and takes about 15 seconds to look at the glass and tells me he doesn't want to do the job.  Wasted time and money.  Would not recommend this company to anyone.
