The mission of the BAA is both charitable and educational. Its goals are: (1) to offer seminars, workshops and/or other classes in art-related skills; (2) to establish and maintain such artist programs that will further the educational goals of BAA; (3) to promote appreciation of, interest in, and understanding of the fine arts, by bringing together groups and individuals working in the arts in the Billings area for sharing of common interests, mutual cooperation and service to the Billings community.
