Overall, my experience here at West High has been great but being a sophomore only gives me a certain point of view. The teachers are very helpful, especially if you are struggling to understand material, students, for the most part, are kind and the environment, except around lunch, is clean. I give West High School a 4/5 stars.
there's only a small handful of decent people here, be it people who work here or people who attend this awful place. most of the teachers don't actively help students, the principal doesn't do any thing to enforce the rules, the deans allow bullying and will easily turn a blind eye to it, the football players for the most part are all bully's themselves, and there's even a serious problem with alcohol consumption by the students a few times on campus. if you are registering your child to go here, or plan on it, just don't. go to senior or somewhere else if you can help it. this place is full of racists, bullys, and people who don't do their own jobs. - someone who currently attends this awful place.
I'm just starting out as a freshman and honestly I was scared as hell to go here, everyone says it's the rich and snobby kid school but honestly I love it. I guess it always depends on what teacher u have but the great thing is they're amping up on their 0 tolerance for bullying policy. I can admit there can be some really rude kids but if u stand up for yourself and be assertive nothing will happen. Everyone who bullies hates being told off, both teachers and students, so if u tell them you're not going to put up with it anymore they'll stop and if they don't listen the first time keep saying it and sooner or later they'll quit. This is an amazing school, I'm not all that popular and it's really hard for me to make friends but getting into the right group of girls means everything, so alls I have to say about west is I absolutely love it so far, but I'm gonna run into a few problems which either involves me or someone else and I'll just stand up. I enjoy west and think it's an amazing school, please come be apart of the west high bears.
People were mean. The place looked nice but there were students pushing students. The teachers were great. They listened and cared for others. The main entrance was wide open when i went there. No security lock. The colors are nice
I have personally experienced the education from this school through a particular person called Mason all the way from England. You should teach your children that people are the same regardless of colour, culture or ethnicity. We all bleed the same.
I love going here! I never want to miss a day. I was scared as hell the first day, becuase I heard so many bad things about west, but I'm glad to be there and I love coming everyday!
One of my friends go there and he says it's pretty lit, would recommend 10/10, gang gang.
