Billy's Café

Five stars all the way. The Farmers skillet is a fantastic breakfast. The portion is large enough to easily take some home for lunch. Delicious sour dough toast done perfectly. Very friendly small town atmosphere. One caveat is they do not accept any cards. Cash only as well as the cash apps on your phone is the payment method. Speaking of payment, I would say the prices are on par with other quality restaurants. Not cheap but not excessive for the quality and size.

They only take cash, Cashapp, or Venmo! We used venmo @Angela-Dejong. One of the best cafe experiences I’ve had in recent years!! Came here with some friends and we tried as much as we could logically share between 5 people. Plentiful servings, fantastic flavors, and, to quote agent copper, “damn good coffee”. More than that though, the staff were very friendly and kind, super quick to help us navigate the menu options and assertive in assuring we had the best experience possible. Absolutely *the finest quality*. Will return to Billy’s any chance we get!!

Service, service, service!! Let me say it loud and clear.... SERVICE!!! When the entire staff of a restaurant is present, connected, participating and involved it shows and we are paying attention! Matter of fact, we love the attention! The entire staff was funny, friendly and attentive to each and every customer. The food is amazing cafe food served hot and fast! The portions are huge so come hungry or have room in the fridge for some great leftovers! The Chicken Fried Steak and CFS Burrito will definitely feed two folks each, as will a whole lot of other menu items! The servers need to be body builders to carry some of those loads!! Hubby had the Chicken Fried Steak and could only eat half! I had a few bites to help him out and it was delicious, just as important, the gravy was seasoned and had a real good texture. Our adult daughter had the breakfast burrito and had to take half of it home! I had a "normal" breakfast and it was all cooked to perfect order including the eggs and hashbrowns extra crispy! Billy's is the #1 rated breakfast place in Burlington for a few reasons, the top two being the service and portions of delicious food! I highly recommend a visit and will definitely be back when in the area!

WOW!!! Our first time here and we were so impressed with the food and service. Great, big piping hot cups of coffee along with our Tomato Bacon Eggs Benedict were excellent. The showstopper, without a doubt, is their Biscuits & Gravy! UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS! Be sure to plan time; we thought we'd miss the breakfast rush going at 10:00 on a Monday, but even then they were packed. Definitely a local favorite and, now, one of ours too! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back! THANK YOU!

Great place. Servers friendly and attentive. Food is consistently perfect, and I'm never disappointed. I have been burned by so many other places in skagit that can't cook food right. I'm glad I have a place to go that will be 100% great every time.Food: 5/5

Went for our first time. Atmosphere was very nice! I loved the flags around the inside of the restaurant. I ordered the cinnamon bun pancakes, the center tasted under cooked. After having a conversation with the chef who kindly came out to our table it turned out that it’s because of the different ingredients of this kind of pancake I’ve never ordered this kind before. They were prompt to take care of me and make sure I was happy. My wife ordered the eggs Benedict, the hollandaise sauce is made fresh in house we were told, and it’s absolutely delicious! The staff was so very kind and welcoming, we really felt like we were somewhere we’d been going for years. We can’t wait to come back and try other dishes

We came here on a weekend trip to the States, and stumbled across this place on Google Maps. We absolutely loved it here. We got a seat at the counter and got to see the staff and kitchen in action - and all the different wonderful looking meals coming out. The portions are huge and everything was so delicious! The staff are wonderful and so friendly. We would 100% come back.

Food was terrible i spent 47 dollars on this my sausage was basically charcoal on the outside and raw on the inside eggs Benedict had a pool of butter in the Togo box plus they didn’t put any of the hollidaise sauce on my eggs Benedict one egg was yolk one egg was a rock the bread under the eggs Benedict was consumed with butter that it started getting soggy and falling apart

Today we had breakfast at Billy’s Cafe. It was a fantastic diner-style restaurant with great service. Pretty sure the images that I snapped speak for themselves when it comes to the food. Everything was hot, fresh, delicious and perfect. I highly recommend this place for a true American 5-star meal. Plus, the service was great. Thanks Billy’s, we’ll be back soon!
