I highly recommend Bilotta Kitchens! The attention and care given to us as we renovated our kitchen and our home is top-notch. Jeff Eakley is an amazing designer with attention to detail, deeply knowledgeable, and a caring person. Renovating a home is stressful. Jeff made the kitchen renovation so easy. He was always on top of things - reliable and responsive. He went above and beyond. He takes pride in his work, which shows in the way he treats his clients, like family. And the kitchen is gorgeous - a dream finally come true! I am so pleased that we chose Bilotta Kitchens.

Bilotta designer Fabrice Garson transformed our 21 year-old kitchen into a state of the art masterpiece. Fabrice guided us every step of the way, from the walnut hardwood floors to the stainless steel hood set above a sleek Wolf convection stove top. He designed magnificent two inch thick marble counter tops from Walker Zanger, including a huge island with intricate details, the likes of which you can't really find today. Fabrice added details in the lighting, molding and wallpaper. He even helped us choose a perfect polished stainless steel and glass table, and picked the perfect stingray fabric for the chairs. After the main kitchen was completed, on time thanks to Fabrice and contractor Guilliame Breton Fabrice designed a butler's pantry. It boasts a hand carved walnut countertop and commercial refrigerator handles for the cabinets. Oh yes, and Fabrice helped us remodel our powder room with a gorgeous mosaic tile floor, and wallpapered ceiling. Working with Fabrice was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

We love our Bilotta kitchen. We fondly remember our experience with the Bilotta people who had the experience, expertise, patience and a true desire to help us. We believe that our kitchen gave us the right combination of beauty, functionality, quality and price. At a time when so many suppliers were hiding behind the excuse of the Covid Pandemic, our kitchen was delivered on time, assembled in an extremely professional manner and even some additional requests we had were tended. Thank you Bilotta.

The first day of my kitchen remodeling was not a good beginning, The 3 workers and the contractor were outside the home asking for the big check… otherwise they were not going to start working… Yes like we were not going to pay them … like we were delinquents or something… I had to cope with them for three months … very unprofessional behavior! …They entered the home as they pleased with no manners very rude , without letting me know their schedule… so maybe I was having a shower and I found them downstairs working on the kitchen …Even on weekends. Otherwise, the work was OK , kitchen turned out nice, more or less according to plans and our taste, but of course we paid a lot …a lot of money for it …. Money is their most important above being nice to customers… For this amount of money I would ask them to have more educated people working. And then they asked for a review? Here it is.

I had a great experience working with Bilotta Kitchens, I would highly recommend them. I worked with Danielle Florie out of their Mount Kisco showroom. Danielle was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job designing my kitchen. She was incredibly responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. She really was amazing and listened to my needs/wants. She was just so knowledgeable and full of ideas, I couldn't be happier with the final product!

Bilotta Kitchens provided excellent, professional service throughout the process of gutting, redesigning and installing my new kitchen. Tabitha Tepe, my dedicated designer, has excellent style and ideas that were reflected in the final design. She was incredibly responsive and flexible. Tabitha demonstrated great problem-solving skills, extensive product knowledge, and worked hand-in-hand with my installers. A great experience -- I strongly endorse Tabitha & Bilotta Kitchens!

Overall an excellent experience. We used Bilotta for 2 Bathroom renovations, a "touch up"kitchen remodeling, a Bar Area and a Den. They are thoroughly professional and handled all in a timely manner. Randy O'Kane was our Project M anger and she couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful - A pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Bilotta Kitchens.

Bilotta Kitchens has done two projects for me and I have been extremely satisfied both times. Randy designed a dream kitchen and master bathroom. She made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Highly recommended!

In a word to describe Bilotta Kitchens. WONDERFUL!!!! I knew that there was a Showroom in Mammaroneck but I did not know where it was. I called and a man answered the phone, telling me where the Showroom is/was. I walked there.... I entered the place.......What Beautiful Kitchens! As I was in a bit of a hurry I didn't get to see the Bathrooms. I will definitely return to have a better look also at the Bathrooms.

Twelve years ago Paula designed our fabulous and still is perfect! We have moved and used Paula AGAIN for our new kitchen.. the process is easy, from the moment you step in their showroom in Mt Kisco or Mamaroneck, to the very end of project... they are organized and professional.
