I can appreciate what the money goes to, but I don't appreciate being treated like I'm scum or a nuisance when I come in. The shop is a mess, nothing is priced, and who ever is checking you out guesses based on a range of prices. Half the items are damaged or unwearable, and while checking out, the woman wrote down 50 cents for one item, then changed it to a dollar when she couldn't figure out the tax. The married couple there has acted very arrogant and snotty and rude every time I've been in, but being told items didn't have tags because there's no time, and being rushed out the door before closing because the woman had a hair appointment was the last straw for me. If you want to donate to the crisis center, I would suggest going directly to the crisis center. It's not worth being treated poorly to go buy things at the thrift store. This is the worst representation the crisis center could have in the community
It posted it wrong first time. I love you that little store. The lady who runs it, is awesome in helping us get satisfaction every time. Tons of fun!
Keep in mind that this is a thrift store. This place serves a wonderful cause that people try to ignore. This is a subsidy of the women's crisis center. Nobody is judged.
