The Binghamton University Men's Rugby team is a highly competitive and well-organized Club sport that competes in the Empire Rugby Conference, a premier college D1-AA conference.
The Empire Rugby Conference features high level competition of some of the top teams in the North Eastern United States. The conference plays regular season games in the fall and the #1 Seed gets the Automatic Qualifier to USA Rugby’s National Championship in the spring.
During the fall conference season, the Binghamton University Men's Rugby Club practices five days a week. Practices start the first week of the fall semester and are held at Field 11 at 4pm.

Field 11 is at the intersection of Murray Hill Road and Vestal Parkway East. From campus to get to Field 11 you need to go to the tennis courts behind the East Gym (the one by the track). From there you are going to follow a path that will lead you to a bridge. Cross the bridge and make an immediate left and follow the tree line to the field. Bring cleats, water, and cloths you don't mind getting dirty.
In the spring, the Club competes in various tournaments both away and at home. Generally, the practice schedule in the early spring is between 2-3 times per week and held in the evenings indoor at the East Gym or off campus indoor at The Edge Sports Complex. In the latter part of the spring semester, the club practices five days a week on Field 11 as they vie to compete in the Upstate Championship Tournament held every year in Geneva, NY.
