Pat has been so very helpful with Diabetic Supplies for my family! We are new to this situation and it can be a LOT! 2 times I have been in a bind and Pat was able to come to the rescue with a quick solution! SO VERY THANKFUL and APPRECIATIVE that she was able to save the day not once but twice! And all with a SMILE and SO Friendly!!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Customer service oriented. Medical supplies we were in need of were in stock and available to us the same day. We were able to obtain a child sized walker within 12 hours of inquiry. Very satisfied with Binson's Medical and would certainly recommend them to others.

I love this place. I came across them when I was going to Hurley Maternal for my last pregnancy who I also recommend. They always make sure I have all my diabetes supplies right away. They deliver for free and automatically fill prescriptions on time, so with them I know I'll always be taken care of. One time, they actually called to say I'd ran out of an rx so I should request more from the doctor. The best part is they'll work hard to push your prescriptions through. They'll call doctors and insurance companies to get things sorted. 1 time an employee even came and dropped off my diabetes prescription because they lived nearby and they knew I badly needed it. They have heart here and really care that you need your medicine. I was having trouble with a diabetes prescription through Kroger Davison for over a month and after I transferred it to Binson's, they took care of it in 2 days. I had another diabetes prescription through Kroger who said, we can't fill it. I transferred it to Binson's and they worked diligently to get my prescription filled in 1 day. I do ALL of my diabetes medication here even though they're 2 cities away.

Ive been going through them for years always has a problem either they don't have a script that a dr just filed or they give bad info i never get all my meds i have been without for 7 months because of their incompetence

DEFINITELY GO TO ANOTHER SUPPLIER. I was treated extremely rudely and was not able to get help with my CPAP mask that keeps me awake at night. I wanted help and was dismissed by the woman. This is all new to me, I am only a two month user. I am trying to comply but may give it up.

Terrible service!! They can't keep track of prescriptions and when theyre needed. Then when I try to switch to another pharmacy because they can't handle filling them, they told the new pharmacy I didn't have a script! I had to call them from the new pharmacy and they lnew who I was and magically had it!

Keith was amazing!!! This was my first time ordering ostomy supplies for myself. He was friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. Thank you Keith!!

Everyone there was so kind and helpful and there was hardly a wait time they got everything together for me with no problem and I even got to choose item that I wanted out of different ones highly recommend
