Earn money, save a life, donate plasma!
New donors will earn $50 for each of their first five donations. After that, regular donors earn $25-40 per donation depending on donor weight. You are allowed to donate twice in a seven day period, with at least one full day between donations. All payments are issued on a prepaid debit card.
Plasma donors must be between the ages of 18-70, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good general health. Your first donation you will need to bring with you a valid state ID and official proof of your Social Security number (your Social Security card is the best thing to bring). Also bring an official piece of mail postmarked within the past 30 days (utility bill, bank statement, etc.), no junk mail. You will need to be able to give the name of any prescription medications you are taking, as well as the reason you're taking them. Please budget approximately 2 hours for your first visit to undergo a brief physical exam with one of our nurses, and make a full donation. After your initial visit, each visit typically takes about an hour. Make sure to eat a high protein, low fat meal and drink plenty of water prior to any plasma donation.
All physicals are done on a walk-in basis. We generally accept walk-ins from 7AM-5PM Monday-Thursday, and 7AM-3PM Friday and Saturday. I always suggest calling ahead, we'll give you some additional information to help insure that you have everything you need. 231-755-0389 Hope to see you soon! :)
