Sean and Andrea are awesome hosts. We simply have a Eurovan and they found us an unserviced, more private spot on the water, which was perfect for our needs. Incredibly silent, nice bathrooms and showers; 20 min to Nelson. A real gem. showers
Amazing hosts! They were so nice and accommodating to some very tired motorhomers. Even apologized for putting us in a site they didn’t think was nice and we loved it! Was right on the water. Big dock and sandy beach with full hookup. I didn’t see the wife but the hubby was easy on the eyes. Haha Thanks again!
Fantastic location and wonderful service. Thanks to Sean and team for making our vacation a real success. Eagles, osprey, fish jumping, and the moon light reflecting on the water. We will be returning.
Beautiful destination, clean and comfortable Air B&B luxury trailers. Perfect for families! Bring your boat or rent one. We had so much fun!
Most of the sites are seasonal but a few overnite rv sites. Sean went above and beyond to make our stay great for the 2 nites we were there. Great view of the lake!! Showers and washrooms really clean.
Great place that has been under new ownership since the beginning of 2021. Super friendly staff that have tirelessly upgraded many parts of the facility and docks etc. Great views and very accommodating and responsive to your needs. Beautiful treed property in the middle of a Kootenay oasis. Proximity to Balfour ferry, Kaslo and Nelson unbeatable. Thanks for the stay guys.
Had a great time, no complaints at all. Every service worked great. They are located in an amazing location with Ainsworth Hotsprings, Kokanee Zipline, Kokanee Provincial Park, and Nelson close by. We will come again next year, now that we know we can moor our boat. This should be added to the website so guest know.
Nice campground great access to the water for you boaters and friendly staff. Not many spots available for short term campers. Mostly full time units. Need anything it means a drive of at least 3km. camp sites are pretty close together.
We have been coming here for a few years now and spending 2-3 weeks every year. It is under new management this year and Sean doing a great job. It is a very very nice rv park with great access to the water front. We are wishing Sean all the success in his new endeavor.
we have stayed at Birch Grove for many years never had to pay a deposit but new owners oh well. I booked 2 spots but beyond our control found we can't come I called to cancel 21/2 weeks in advance and guess what you need to give a month notice who knows whats going to happen a month in advance. thats a little excessive. I am very disappointed ,sorry to say we won't be back
