This theater is always clean. Great customer service. The flat bread pizza is really good.
Great seating, sound, atmosphere. Now my concern. One senior, daytime, ticket, medium popcorn and Diet coke $23.00.
I went to a movie...after getting home i realized i may have lost something very important....i called and the person answering said they would search as soon as theater was clear.... my item wasn't located .. however ....i feel better and knowning the lady manager that i spoke with this evening did the best she could with the given situation ... handled the situation excellant and kept me calm with understanding ..i appreciated her courtesy and absolute kindness.... She made a bad situation completely tolerable and that's AWESOME !!! So sorry i didn't ask her name....but employees make a difference .... She Rocked !!!
I bought tickets for my sisters and I to watch “No Hard Feelings” after spending $60+ on tickets and snacks we were told that everyone in the party needed to show their ID’s in order to watch the movie. I think it’s ridiculous that this was not told to us before spending all this money on tickets and popcorn. Noah was able to switch our tickets out for another movie but this is still very irritating.
The first I like to visit is AMC Birchwood Theater. Visit your local theater, if you don’t want to miss out on your chance to watch a good film. Check out all the latest movies, so you can enjoy your favorite showtimes. If you want to sit back and enjoy a movie, and snack on your favorite goodies, you’ll find them there. So, what are you waiting on? Get out there, and enjoy the show!
So had to edit my review I just went to this theater and everything was good until I had to use the restroom. The doors were broken off the hinges. It happens right??? Except my brother is in a wheelchair and the handicapped stall has no door either. We won't be going back until this is fixed it should be a major priority!! They are always polite and nice at this theater. I have not gone there and seen this theater messy. They are always cleaning. I only gave it 4 out of 5 because one of the pop machines weren't working at the time. It happens but they were still clean.
It was an excellent Sunday afternoon spent. Very clean movie theater!! The clerk was friendly and polite! Just wish concessions haven't gotten so ridiculous in price. But all in all for 2 people it was about $50 for 2 tickets a large pop and large popcorn a piece.
An amazing place. We had a small issue with going in the wrong theatre and the staff was amazing and handled it above and beyond all expectations I had. Just a great experience and we will choose them every time.
This theater is my favorite love the recliner chairs lots of room for people to move about clean and reasonably priced if you go at the right time
10 auditoriums. Super friendly staff. Clean. Chairs are comfortable. They recline, and they have foot rests that you can put up. Ticket prices are reasonable and as in most theaters concessions are pricy. $38 got us 2 large popcorns and 4 regular sodas. Overall a good experience!
