This place is amazing. Checked in at 20:00 for a 04:00 appt. Was told they would probably have a door around 22:00. Got a call at 22:30 for a door and was unloaded with bills in hand by 11:05. Doesn’t get any better than that. They also have overnight parking.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading all these bad reviews and damnnnn they're right! This place is not super horrible tho, they allow you to park overnight which is really nice but mannnnn, my appointment was at 10PM, I arrived by 06:30PM and by 07:00pm I was given a door. They loaded me until 03:30AM lolllllllllll. So, know that you'll spend some quality time before they're done with you.

Believe the bad reviews. Got here at 1100 for a 1300 appt. Got a door at 1400 and it's 1630 now and im still waiting. You will be here all day. In fact i spoke to people who got here yesterday afternoon, so you may be waiting for even longer. Better to hold out for a meat load out of Milwaukee or something.

Had a 11pm appointment checked in at 10:45pm was told they are running behind got a door at 12:23am got out of dock at 2:15. Overall not a bad experience lot's of parking and clean bathrooms as well.

Well, arrived for 7pm pickup @ 1800, was told by shipping clerk they were at least 10 hrs behind. Just another lovely bs place that does not follow appt times, and could care less if you waste hours and hours waiting for them to do their freaking job……….. be warned drivers, seems to be a rolling theme here at Birds Eye Foods

Lots of bad reviews but my experience was great. Checked in 430 for a 6am drop. Got a call at 545 for door and out by 645. Fast!

Pick up time 4pm checked in 2:10pm , got a door 4:30 and now it is 9pm, am still here. 7 hours … not recommended at all. If you want make 10 hours break it is for you. Bring your food. Wasted my time here .

Hay so 1 they have big overnight parking lot everyone wc 2 they might take you early if you have next day delivery .. for pickup no idea 3 darien production and bird eye both same address w8880 … next driveway from americold 4go in front of the dock when assigned ..move the tandems all the way back and wait for the shunter to cut the seal and then back up to the dock.

Plenty of peaceful overnight parking. Only thing I didnt like is the confusing pick up and delivery numbers are 15 long load numbers for this place and they tell me the correct 7 digit number is hidden in the long number and begins with 505 or something...Took about 10 min of stress and confusion to finally find out the right number for pick up and the people are somewhat nice.

Nice place though the waits a bit much. Bring supplies. Quiet though.
