Youth Athletic Programs in Birmingham, Alabama (Baseball, Softball, Basketball, and Volleyball)
For more than forty years the Police Athletic Teams of Birmingham has provided the opportunity for inner city youth to participate in constructive and rewarding activities.
Originally initiated as a means for law enforcement to interact with the city youth, the program has since become a treasured staple of the Birmingham community. The PAT program has impacted countless lives, exceeding far beyond original expectations.
Many PAT alumni have gone on to professional athletic careers, earning lucrative salaries. Still yet more of our participants have realized success by applying the discipline developed in our program to fields of their choice. Recognizing the powerful influence PAT had on their lives, some of our alumni return to give back to develop others.
