Clean, fun, great menu with healthy options, and happy fun staff. Dawn, the regional manager stopped by our table and we had such a great conversation. We continue to be so impressed with how the staff is treated by the owners and how much people seem to love working there. It is evident in the food they serve and the way they serve it. One thing we wish they would do is bring back the Bisbee Breakfast Club T-shirts with the hilarious poor customer reviews on the back. Those were so much fun and now they're gone. Why? Vegetarian options: I love the harvest omelette! It has mushrooms, spinach, squash, onions, and Swiss cheese.

Seated immediately, server was very attentive gave us ice water within minutes of being seated, wait time on food was minimum and everything was great!! Very clean and inviting atmosphere, open setting. 1st time here and was pleasantly surprised loved this place!! Thank you to our server!! Parking: Parking in front of business street parking on eastside of business also additional parking in back of building. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking steps away from the front door

Not an overly exceptional breakfast experience. Over easy eggs were perfectly done. Hash browns were well flavored. Bacon was limp and slightly underdone. Sausage gravy needed more sausage and a heavier hand over biscuits...but everything was served piping hot and wait staff was most friendly.Food: 3/5

After working in an unhealthy restaurant environment, it is such a breath of fresh air to see employees in a place as busy as this one support each other, laugh, make jokes, etc. The cooks were in high spirits, and I could tell they enjoy their job. There was no complaining or negativity from ANYONE! It was beautiful to see a cohesive, well-run team like I saw today. On top of that, the food is always delicious, we waited maybe 10 minutes for our food to come out, and our server stopped by often to check on us and make sure we didn't need anything. Thanks for a great experience!

We generally eat at the Original in Bisbee. We were in Tucson and thought let’s give it a try. The food and service were great just like Bisbee. The restaurant building itself doesn’t compare to the cool old “shop” feel of Bisbee. However it was clean and cared for.Food: 5/5

I love to come here to breakfast. I have a gluten allergy and they have gluten free toast that’s delicious. I am also lactose intolerant and they have almond milk. There is a nice outdoor patio with shade. The service has always been very good. This is one of my husband’s and my favorite go-to places for breakfast. Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free bread. Almond milk available here.

Food is delish!! I’m a huge French toast person and I really enjoyed their French toast and Home fries. Very filling too!! The pancakes and French toast were huge also! Couldn’t even finish it!! Love the location and the atmosphere is causal and trendy. My only cons are the bathrooms were a bit dirty and the service could have been a little better.

This place was amazing!! The food was delicious and the staff Katie was EXCEPTIONAL! An amazing selection of gluten free options. I got to have French toast for the first time in years, and it did not disappoint! We’re only here for a few days, but we will definitely come back before we leave town! The attached coffee shop Ombre Cafe had one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. I really can’t say enough good things about this place.
